The time share touts are ambushing visiting yachties walking along Chaweng Beach road and as they exit Tradewinds. They wear white shirts and are usually two on a bike and usually Brits. Their modus operandi is to ask "Do you speak English ?" and offer you a scratch pad to try to win a prize which you always do. Then you will be sent to their office to collect your prize and be subjected to three hours of heavy sales talk to part you of $18,000 as a deposit on a time share condo. Please…Continue
